what it’s for
Drug Log is an append-only ledger for controlled substances. Every event — received stock, administered doses, waste, adjustments — is logged with the patient, the amount, a witness, and a running balance per drug.
Entries can never be edited or deleted. Mistakes are voided with a reason and re-logged, which means your audit trail is complete by construction, not by discipline.
