Stock Requests
“We’re out of 22g catheters” — captured, assigned, ordered, done.

what it’s for
Stock Requests is a simple board for supplies running low. Anyone on the team files a request — item, quantity, a note — and managers assign it, mark it ordered, and archive it when it lands.
The requester and timestamp are recorded on every request, so restocking stops depending on whether someone saw the message in the group chat.
why clinics use it
Anyone can flag it
The person who grabs the last catheter files the request in ten seconds, right from the treatment floor.
Clear ownership
Requests get assigned to whoever handles ordering, so “I thought you were ordering those” stops happening.
Status at a glance
Open → ordered → archived. The whole team can see what’s been handled and what’s still needed.
Out of the group chat
Supply needs live on a board with timestamps instead of scrolling away in a message thread.
