let owners ask without calling
Give clients a booking link for appointment requests and a secure thread for questions. No app, no account, no password. Your team approves, offers another time or replies from one place, and the owner gets an email at every step.
sound familiar?
phone tag, all day
Owners call to book while every line is lit, leave a voicemail, and you call back during their workday. They call back during your surgery block. Repeat until someone gives up.

how it works
one request, start to finish
- 9:48 PM
Step 1
Booked after hours
An owner opens your booking link from your website, picks a day and time of day, and says what’s going on.
- 9:48 PM
Step 2
Your team hears
Everyone on the team gets a notification, and the owner gets an email with a link to check on it.
- 8:12 AM
Step 3
Approve or offer a time
In the morning, approve it, suggest another time, or decline with a note. Questions go in a thread with that owner.
- 8:40 AM
Step 4
The owner confirms
They tap Confirm in the email and you’re notified. Then book it in your PIMS as usual.

take the requests for a spin
A working copy with made-up clients. Open a request, approve it or offer another time, reply to the owner, or send one in yourself as if you were a client.
A live demo with made-up patients. Nothing you do here is saved, and a refresh puts it back the way it was.
who it helps
easier on both sides of the counter
Front desk
Answer booking requests between calls instead of during them, and keep each client’s questions in one thread anyone can pick up.
Practice managers
See every request and where it stands, and pause online booking when the schedule is full.
Doctors
The reason for the visit comes with the request, so rechecks and sick visits land in the right slot.
Pet owners
Ask for a visit at 10pm from the couch, hear back by email, and confirm with one tap. No app, no account.
your clinic, your workflow
set it up in a few minutes
Admins shape Client Connect in Clinic Settings. Changes save as you go, with an undo if you change your mind.
Your booking link
Share it on your website, socials, email signature or voicemail greeting.
Your intro
A short welcome at the top of the booking page, like how quickly you’ll reply.
Pause anytime
Switch off online requests for holidays or a full schedule. The link stays up and asks owners to call.
Emails at every step
Owners hear when you approve, offer a time, decline or reply.
Good to know
Phone alerts
New requests, confirmations and replies reach your phone.
No owner accounts
Owners use secure links. Each new email from you keeps their link working.
One place
Requests and conversations sit side by side, so any teammate can pick one up.
Your PIMS stays in charge
Approving doesn’t book anything. Book confirmed visits in your PIMS as usual.
good questions
Do owners need an account?
No. They use your booking link to request a visit, and a secure link in their email to check on it or reply to messages.
Does approving a request book the appointment?
No. Client Connect doesn't connect to your PIMS. Book the appointment there as usual.
Who gets notified about new requests and replies?
Everyone on your clinic's team gets a notification for new booking requests, confirmed appointments and client replies.
What if we're too busy for new requests?
A clinic admin can switch off Take requests online in Clinic Settings → Client Connect. The link stays live but tells owners to call or email instead.
