good questions
Can clients fill in a handout?
No. Handouts are filled in by staff and printed or copied. For something clients fill in themselves, use a form on the Forms tab.
Do clients need an account to fill in a form?
No. They open the link, answer the questions and submit.
Can I change a houndkit handout or form?
Yes. Adding one copies it to your clinic, and your copy is yours to edit.
Where did my half-filled handout go?
Unfinished handouts are kept in the browser where you started them, for 24 hours. Check Unfinished on the Handouts tab on that same computer.
