What Docs is for

Start here · step 20 of 31
Docs keeps the paperwork your team hands out in one place. Find a consent form in seconds, fill in a discharge handout for a patient, or share an online form clients fill in from home.
The three tabs
- Documents: your clinic's library of files, such as consent forms, price lists, protocols and client handouts. Anyone can preview, print, download or email them to a client.
- Handouts: fill-in-the-blank templates, like discharge or post-op instructions. Staff fill in the patient's details, then print, copy or save a PDF.
- Forms: online forms clients fill in, like intake or consent forms. Their answers come back here for your team to review.
Clinic admins can turn any of these tabs off. If you only see one or two, that's why.
