know who’s coming before they’re at the door
Built for urgent care and emergency teams: one live board of every patient heading in. Owners calling ahead, clinics referring patients they can’t fit in, and online intake forms all land in one place with the complaint, triage level and ETA, so the treatment floor is ready when the car pulls up.
sound familiar?
the back finds out last
An owner describes a blocked cat at the front desk, a clinic that can’t fit their patient in faxes over a referral, and the whiteboard in the back is two updates behind.

good questions
Who gets notified?
- Anyone you @mention in an entry's chat.
- Everyone at the clinic, when an online form comes in.
- Clinic admins, when someone adds a new referring clinic from the board.
An entry disappeared the moment I changed its status.
That status is set to auto-archive, which is common for Arrived or Not Coming. Choose Archived in the toolbar dropdown, open the entry and click Reopen if you need it back. Auto-archive statuses show a small ↵ in the status picker.
Why is an entry faded and under Future?
Its planned visit date is after today. It moves up into the main table on that day. See Find On the Way entries.
Why can't I edit the presenting complaint?
The complaint and notes are kept as first logged. Add updates in the entry's chat so everyone sees what changed and when.
