what it’s for
Taskboard is task management built around how veterinary work actually flows: callbacks with lab results, rechecks to schedule, refill requests to verify, records to fax. Every task carries the patient, client, and contact info with it, so nobody has to go digging through the PIMS to make one phone call.
Assign tasks to a specific person or to a whole group (“any DVM”, “front desk”), watch them move from pending to in progress to done, and archive with a reason when they’re closed out.
