Find tasks

Narrow the board to the tasks you care about, or dig up an older one. Filters only change your view, not anyone else's.

Choose which statuses to see

The dropdown at the left of the toolbar picks the view:

• Open: everything not done yet. This is the default.
• Pre-Assignment: tasks waiting for review. Only shows when some are waiting.
• Not reviewed, In progress or Done: one status only.
• All statuses: everything.
• Deleted: deleted tasks. Clinic admins only.

Filter by type or person

Click Filter. You can tick any mix of:

• Groups: task groups your admins set up, which cover several task types at once.
• Task types: individual types.
• Assigned to: Me, any teammate, or any group. Me includes tasks assigned to groups you belong to.

The button shows how many filters are on. Click Clear all filters to reset.

Search

Type in the search box to match the patient name, client name or task note.

Original note or latest update

The Original note button switches the task note column to show each task's latest chat message instead. Click it again to switch back. houndkit remembers your choice on that device.

Finding older tasks

Tasks marked done stay on the board for a few days. Older ones load when you pick Done or All statuses. houndkit shows the 300 most recent finished tasks; search to reach anything older.
