Decorate the calendar

Add stickers, magnet letters and photos to the month, just like a paper calendar on the break room wall. Decorations are shared: everyone on the team sees them.

Start decorating

1. Go to the month you want to decorate.
2. Click Decorate. A tray opens at the bottom of the screen.
3. Pick a tab in the tray and add something (see below).
4. Drag decorations onto the day you want. They stay on that day.
5. Click Done when you're finished.

What you can add

• Stickers: choose a color, then click an icon to add it.
• Magnet letters: type a word like "GO TEAM!" and click Stick it on, or click single letters. You can pick letter colors, rainbow and different styles.
• Pictures: click Upload pictures to turn a photo into a sticker. PNGs with a transparent background look best.

Adjust or remove a decoration

While decorating, click a decoration to select it. Use the tray's buttons to make it bigger or smaller, tilt it, or Remove it.

Limits

• Each month holds up to 60 decorations. The tray shows how many you've used.
• Up to 12 of those can be pictures, 5MB each.

Changes save as you go. Each month has its own decorations, so moving to another month shows that month's.
