Set up equipment reminders
Equipment services only show as due to someone who opens the Equipment page. Clinic admins can send a daily reminder to the right people, and put an Equipment due card on a team's space.
All of this is in Clinic Settings → Equipment → Reminders & alerts. Changes save as you go, and a Saved message with Undo appears after each one.
Send a daily reminder
- Turn on Send a daily maintenance reminder.
- Set the time under Send it at.
- Pick who gets it (see below).
The summary line tells you when it goes out and how many people get it. The reminder is one notification listing every service that's due or overdue. It only goes out on working days, and only when something is due.
Everyone picked gets it in the app. Anyone who has turned on equipment emails in their own settings gets an email too.
Choose who gets pinged
Under Who gets pinged:
- Under Groups, tap whole groups. People who join a group later are included automatically.
- Under People, open Pick people, then search and tick anyone else by name.
You can pick groups, individuals or both. If nobody is picked, no reminder goes out.
Leave a service out
A service with Include in reminders turned off never appears in the reminder or on team space cards. Change this on the service itself, on the Equipment sub-tab. On the Equipment page, those services show a bell with a line through it.
Add an Equipment due card to a team space
Under Team spaces, in Show the due list in these spaces, tap each group whose board should show the card.
Those groups get an Equipment due card on their team space board, listing what's due or overdue. Anyone in the space can tick a service to log it as done today.
Note
Only groups with a team space are listed. If none show, manage your groups in Clinic Settings → Groups.
