Host or join a live game

The Play together games are made for a team meeting, a lunch break or a slow afternoon. The host puts the game on a big screen, like a TV or projector, and everyone plays from their own phone.

Host a game

1. On the computer connected to the big screen, open Games and tap the game.
2. Fill in the new game form. It's different for each game.
3. Tap Start the game.

The big screen shows a QR code in the corner. Leave it up while people join.

Anyone on the team can host Rapid Rounds, The Pack Says, Pawcasso and Most Likely To. Jeopawdy can only be hosted by clinic admins and managers.

Join a game

• On a phone: scan the QR code on the big screen with your camera, and sign in as yourself if asked.
• From Games: open Games and tap the banner saying the game is live. Or open the game and tap Join next to it under Live now.
• On a computer or iPad: use the link printed under the QR code.

Host from your phone

Every live game has a host remote for your own phone. It shows you the answers the room can't see, and lets you run the game from anywhere in the room.

1. On the big screen, tap Host from your phone.
2. Scan the code with your own phone, signed in as you.

Only the host can open the remote. Keep it off the projector, because it shows the answers.

A second screen

Want the game on another screen too, like a TV in the break room? Tap Copy a watch-only screen link on the join card and open that link on the other screen. It shows the game without any host controls.

When the game ends

The host taps End game at any time, or the game finishes on its own after the last round. Everyone sees the final results. Finished games are listed under Recent games on each game's page, so you can look back at the results.
