Add and update log entries
Add a row to a log whenever something happens, then tick off the later steps as they're done.
Add an entry
- Open Logs and tap the log. Or tap the + in the header on any page and choose Fill out log.
- Tap New entry.
- Fill in the boxes. Dates start on today, a team member box starts on you, and due dates fill themselves in.
- Tap Save.
Who logged it and when are saved for you. Checkbox steps aren't on the form, because you tick them off on the log as they happen.
Tick off a step
Checkbox columns can be ticked right in the table. A ticked box shows the date, and hovering over it shows who ticked it and when. You can also open the entry and tap the step there.
Due dates
Some logs have a date something is due by, like "Register by". It shows as a colored pill:
- Overdue, in red
- Today, in amber
- Coming up soon, in yellow
Once the step it's waiting on is done, the date is crossed out.
Mark a row done
On logs with Open and Done, tap Mark done at the end of the row. Some logs close a row by themselves once every box on it is ticked. To undo, tap Done (or open the entry and tap Open again).
Use the Open, Done and All switch at the top to change what you see. Open rows with the soonest due date come first.
Edit or void an entry
Tap a row to open it.
- Edit: change the entry and save. The old version is kept under History.
- Void: for an entry that shouldn't be there at all, like one logged on the wrong patient. Type why and tap Void entry. It stays on the log, crossed out. Tick Show voided to see voided entries.
Only the person who logged an entry, or a clinic admin, can void it.
Find and export
Use Search this log to find an entry. Export CSV downloads every entry in the log as a spreadsheet.
Note
A long log shows the newest 1,000 entries. Export CSV always has all of them.
