Manage kudos as an admin

Clinic admins can pin shoutouts, take down shoutouts or comments, and see who sent anonymous kudos.

Pin a shoutout to the top

1. Tap the ... menu on the shoutout.
2. Choose Pin to top.

Pinned shoutouts sit above the rest of the board with a Pinned label. To undo it, open the menu again and choose Unpin.

Delete a shoutout

1. Tap the ... menu on the shoutout.
2. Choose Delete and confirm.

The shoutout comes off the board along with its comments and reactions. This can't be undone.

The person who sent a shoutout can also delete it.

Remove a comment

Tap the trash can next to any comment and confirm. Admins can remove anyone's comment. Members can only remove their own.

After a comment is removed, admins still see what it said, crossed out, with a note saying who removed it and that only admins can see it. Everyone else sees Comment deleted (if it had replies) or nothing at all.

See who sent anonymous kudos

Anonymous shoutouts show as Anonymous (name) for clinic admins, on both the Kudos page and the dashboard card. Teammates only see Anonymous.
