Send kudos

Send a shoutout to a teammate, several teammates at once, or a whole group. It takes about ten seconds.

From the Kudos page

1. Open Kudos. The New shoutout box is at the top.
2. Under Tag teammates, tap each person you want to thank. You can pick as many people as you like. Or tap a group name instead to send it to the whole group.
3. Type your message in the box that says What did they do that was awesome?
4. If you'd rather not show your name, tick Send anonymously.
5. Tap Send kudos.

Your shoutout appears at the top of the board right away.

From the clinic dashboard

1. On the kudos card, tap + new.
2. Choose one person or one group from the Who deserves kudos? list.
3. Type your message, tick Anonymous if you want, and tap Send.

The dashboard form sends to one person or group at a time. Use the Kudos page to tag several people in one shoutout.

Who gets told

Each person you tag gets a notification that you sent them kudos. If you sent it anonymously, the notification says "Someone" instead of your name.

When you send kudos to a group, it shows on the board for everyone, but group members don't get a separate notification.

Which groups show up

The group buttons come from your clinic's groups. Only groups that clinic admins have set to be used in tools appear here.

About anonymous kudos

Anonymous kudos hide your name from your teammates. Clinic admins can still see who sent them: to admins, the shoutout shows as Anonymous followed by your name in brackets.
