What Kudos is for

Kudos is your clinic's shoutout board. Use it to thank a teammate, call out a great save, or cheer on a whole group, and let everyone else pile on with reactions and comments.

Where you'll find it

• The Kudos page. Every shoutout your clinic has sent, newest first, with any pinned ones at the top.
• The kudos card on the clinic dashboard. Shows the three most recent shoutouts, a + new button for a quick shoutout, and a view all link to the full page.

What a shoutout looks like

Each shoutout shows who sent it, a short "sent kudos" label, when it was sent, the message, and a To line with the people or group it's for. Below that are emoji reactions and comments.

If the sender chose to stay anonymous, the shoutout shows Anonymous with a dog avatar instead of their name.

What you can do

• Send kudos to one or more teammates, or to a group. See Send kudos.
• React with emoji and join the conversation in the comments. See React to and comment on kudos.
• Copy a link to a single shoutout to share it.

Clinic admins can also pin shoutouts to the top of the board and remove shoutouts or comments. See Manage kudos as an admin.
