Mark stock requests

Updated September 30, 2026

Clinic admins keep the stock list moving by marking requests: ordered, on backorder, in stock, or no longer needed. You can mark several at once.

Mark one or more requests

  1. Open Stock Requests and pick a tab, such as Active.
  2. Tap each request you want to mark. A tick appears on each one. Use Select all to pick everything on the tab.
  3. In the bar that appears, choose a status from Mark as…. Statuses are grouped by bucket.
  4. Add a note if you like, such as "On Tuesday's order". The note box is hidden when you pick an Active status.
  5. Tap Apply.

The requests move to the tab for that status's bucket. Each card shows the status, who marked it, when, and your note.

Tap the X at the end of the bar to unselect everything.

Reopen an archived request

On the Archived tab, tap Reopen on the request. It goes back to Active, under your first Active status, and its marked-by details are cleared.

Marking a request with any Active status does the same thing.

Keep an eye on old requests

On the Active tab, a request older than a week shows its age in amber. It's a good prompt to order it or mark why not.

Tip

If the Mark as… menu is empty, your clinic hasn't set up any statuses yet. Add them in Clinic Settings → Stock Requests → Mark as first.
