Handle a team form sent to your team
Updated September 30, 2026
When someone sends a form to a group you're in, you get a bell alert and it waits for your team until someone marks it done.
Find what's waiting
- Team Forms: open For my teams. To do lists open forms, oldest first, so whatever has waited longest is at the top. Done lists finished ones. If forms go to more than one of your groups, tap a group's chip to see only its forms.
- Your team space: the Team forms card shows how many are waiting and the latest ones. Tap one to open it, or tap Team Forms to see them all. See Use your team space.
Work a form
- Tap the form to open it. You see who sent it, when, and every answer.
- Tap I’ve got it so your team knows you're on it. The status changes to Being handled and your name shows on it.
- If you need more information, ask under Notes. The sender gets an alert.
- When it's sorted, tap Mark done. Add a note about what was done if you like (the sender will see it), then tap Mark done again.
Changed your mind? Tap Let it go to put it back for someone else. If a teammate has it and you need to pick it up, tap Take it over.
Reopen a form
Marked one done too soon? Open it and tap Reopen. It goes back to your team's to-do list.
Note
Anyone in a group the form went to can handle it, and so can clinic admins. The sender can't mark their own form done unless they're on that team too.
