Make notes sound like you

Tune Magic Notes so your notes read the way you write. Everything on the Customize tab applies only to your notes. Your clinic's templates stay the same for everyone else.

My rules

Write instructions for every note you generate, such as "Keep the Assessment to one line per problem." Pick My default template too, the one used when you finish a recording. Click Save.

My template setup

1. Pick a template from the dropdown.
2. Drag sections to change their order.
3. Click a section to open it. You can change its Section name, its Generation instructions (how the AI should write it), and its Output format: Paragraph, Bullets, Numbered list or Checklist.
4. Click Save for me.

Use Hide section to leave out a section you don't need, and Show section to bring it back. Sections you've changed are marked customized. Reset to clinic default undoes your changes to that section.

My style examples

Paste in notes you've written before, and new notes will match their tone, structure and abbreviations. The content is never copied into new notes.

1. Click Add example.
2. Add a label if you like. To teach one section only, type its name. Leave it blank for a whole note.
3. Paste the example and click Save example.
