Log a chore for someone else

When a teammate did a chore but didn't tick it off, you can log it for them. They get the credit and the points, and the board shows it was entered by you.

Log it

1. On the To do tab, tap the chore to open its options.
2. Select Done by….
3. Type their initials or part of their name in Initials or name…. Exact initials match first, so two letters is usually enough.
4. Tap their name, or press Enter to pick the top match.

A message confirms who you logged it for, with an Undo button.

What everyone sees

• The finished chore shows who did it, followed by "logged by" and your name.
• In the 3-Day view, the done circle becomes the doer's photo or initials.
• Clinic admins see both names in the Log.

Points for logging

The teammate always gets the chore's full points. Your clinic can also give the person who logs it a small share of a ticket, as a thank-you for keeping the board honest. If that's switched on, the confirmation message shows what you earned.

Clinic admins set this in Clinic Settings > Chores > Teams & points, under Points for logging someone else's chore. Tenths are fine, up to 5, and 0 switches it off. It saves as you change it.

Got it wrong?

You can undo an entry you logged for someone else, even though it's in their name. Select Undo on the finished chore, or in the confirmation message. If it's already past, ask a clinic admin to fix it from the Log.
