Comment, react and link

Join the conversation on any post with emoji, comments and replies. You can link to patients, SOPs and more right in your comment.

React

Tap the smiley button under a post or comment and pick an emoji. Tap your reaction again to take it back. During some holidays and seasons, the picker has an extra row of seasonal emoji.

Comment

1. Tap Comment (or the comment count) under a post.
2. Type in Write a comment… and press Enter to send.

Type @ and a name to mention someone. Comments can be up to 2,000 characters. Tap View all to see older threads.

Reply

Tap Reply under a comment. Replies stay one level deep: replying to a reply adds to the same thread.

Link something

Tap the link button beside the comment box and search for a patient, SOP, document or article. Pick one to add a named link.

Edit or delete your comment

Tap the pencil to edit your comment, or the trash can to delete it. Clinic admins can delete anyone's comment.

Who gets notified

• The post's author, when someone comments.
• The person you replied to.
• Anyone you @mention in a post or comment, even on quiet posts.

When you can't comment

If you see Comments are off, the author or an admin turned comments off for that post. If there's no comment option on any post, your clinic has turned comments off entirely.
