What the Clinic Feed is for

The Clinic Feed is one place for clinic-wide news: announcements, protocol updates, cases, quick quizzes and team fun. Every post has a type, and the type decides how loud it is and who can post it.

Where you'll find it

• Clinic Feed in the main menu opens the full page, with filters for each kind of post.
• The feed card on the clinic dashboard shows the newest few posts and anything you still need to acknowledge. Tap See all for the full page.

How loud is a post?

Each post type has one of three alert levels:

• Quiet: shows in the feed only, with no notification. For fun posts and FYIs.
• Notify: sends everyone in the audience a notification.
• Must acknowledge: notifies the audience and asks each person to tap I've read & understood. The author and admins can see who has.

Some types also send an email to people who turned on Clinic Feed emails.

What's on the page

• Needs your attention: must-acknowledge posts you haven't confirmed yet, at the top in amber.
• Pinned: posts an admin pinned to the top.
• Scheduled: your posts (and, for admins, anyone's) that haven't gone up yet. Only you and admins see these.
• Latest: everything else, newest first. Posts that arrived since your last visit show a New label.

Use the chips along the top to show one kind of post, or All to see everything.

Starter post types

New clinics start with Announcement, Protocol update, Case of the week, Education, Just for fun and FYI. Clinic admins can change these, add their own, and decide who can post each one.
