Pin, remove and review posts

Clinic admins can pin important posts, take down posts or comments, and see a full history of what was edited or removed.

Pin a post

Open the ... menu on a post and choose Pin to top. Pinned posts sit in the Pinned section at the top of the feed. Choose Unpin to undo.

Take a post down

From the ... menu you can:

• Expire now: hides the post from the team right away. You and the author still see it, marked Expired. Choose Bring it back to restore it.
• Delete: removes the post, with its comments and reactions, for the team.

Authors can do both on their own posts too.

Remove a comment

Tap the trash can on any comment. The team sees Comment deleted (if it had replies) or nothing. Admins still see the words, crossed out, with who removed it.

See what changed

Any post or comment marked edited can be opened by an admin to see its history. You can also choose History from a post's menu. It shows:

• Every earlier version of the post, with who edited it and when.
• Comments that were edited or removed, with the original words.

Only clinic admins can see history.

See removed posts

Tap the Removed chip at the end of the filter row. It lists every deleted post with who removed it and when. Tap History on any of them to see everything that was said.
