Choose who can post and turn features on or off
Updated September 30, 2026
Clinic admins decide who can post restricted types, and can switch comments, reactions, polls or the whole feed off.
Build your poster list
- Go to Clinic Settings, choose Clinic Feed, then the General tab.
- Find the Who can post card.
- Under Groups, tap each group whose members should be able to post.
- Under People, open Pick people and tap each person to add. Use Search staff to search.
Each pick saves right away, with an Undo button on the Saved message.
How this works with post types:
- Clinic admins can post every type.
- People and groups on your poster list can also post types set to Authorized posters.
- Types set to Everyone are open to all staff.
General switches
On the General tab (these save as soon as you flip them):
- Use the Clinic Feed: the main switch. When off, the feed is hidden from the dashboard and menu, nobody can post, and no feed alerts go out. Existing posts are kept if you turn it back on.
- Comments & replies: off hides comments on every post. On lets each post's author or an admin decide.
- Reactions: emoji reactions on posts and comments.
- Posters can make polls & quizzes: off means only clinic admins can add a poll or quiz.
- Groups can post: off means groups on your poster list stop counting. Only admins and individually listed people can post restricted types.
Note
If the General tab says Clinic Feed isn't included in your plan, the feed stays hidden no matter how these are set.
