Customize your team space

Give your team space its own look, pin the tools your team uses most, and decorate the banner. Changes save for the whole group.

Change the look

1. Tap Customize on the space's banner.
2. On the Look tab, pick one of the Quick themes, or set your own colors under Background (solid or gradient) and Accent (tabs, buttons and badges).
3. Tap Done.

Changes apply as you make them and save automatically.

Pin team tools

1. Tap Customize and open the Tools tab.
2. Pick the tools your team opens every shift, in the order you want them. You can pin up to 12.
3. Tap Done.

Only tools your clinic has turned on are listed. The shortcuts show on the Board under Team tools. You can also get here by tapping Choose on that card.

Write a welcome note

Tap Customize and open the Welcome tab, or tap the pencil on the Welcome card. Use it for shift reminders, a team motto, or where the good snacks are.

Decorate the banner

1. Tap Decorate on the banner (or Decorate the banner on the Look tab).
2. Add stickers, letters or pictures and drag them where you want.

Your decorations save for everyone in the group.
