Show doctors as Dr. LastName

Clinic admins can have doctors show as Dr. LastName on the taskboard, the lab board and when they're tagged, instead of by first name.

Mark a group as DVM

1. Open Clinic Settings, choose Groups, then the Groups tab.
2. Tap Edit on your doctors' group (or add one).
3. Make sure Use in tools is on, then turn on DVM group.
4. Tap Save group.

Members of a DVM group are the doctors in the Labs Ordered by list. The group shows a DVM badge in the list.

Turn Dr. LastName on or off

1. Open the Spaces & names tab.
2. Use the Show DVMs as Dr. LastName switch. It saves right away, with an Undo button on the Saved message.

Below the switch you'll see every doctor and how their name will read. When the switch is off, doctors read by first name like everyone else. DVM groups still supply the Labs Ordered by list either way.

Missing last names

A doctor needs a last name on file to show as Dr. LastName. Anyone without one is marked no last name and keeps their first name until you add it in the Team tab of Clinic Settings.
