View the schedule and your shifts

You can check the team's week, see your own upcoming shifts and hours, and add your shifts to your phone's calendar.

The Team tab

The Team tab shows one row per person and one column per day. Weeks run Sunday to Saturday.

• Use the arrows to move between weeks, and Today to jump back to this week.
• Each shift shows its hours and its label, job role or shift type.
• Under each name you'll see that person's paid hours for the week.
• Approved time off shows as a gray chip. Your own pending requests show as a dashed amber chip.
• Print prints the week.

My schedule

The My schedule tab is your personal view.

• My upcoming shifts lists your shifts from today onward, with hours, breaks, and any notes. Your hours for the current week show at the top.
• My time off lists your upcoming requests with their status. Request time off takes you to the Time off tab.
• If your clinic uses shift swaps, each shift has a Propose swap link. See Swap a shift with a teammate.
• If your clinic has turned on open shifts, any shifts up for grabs appear at the top. See Pick up an open shift.

Add your shifts to your own calendar

If your clinic has turned on the personal calendar subscription (it's on unless an admin switched it off), you'll see Add to your own calendar on My schedule.

1. Tap Get my calendar link.
2. Tap Add to calendar to open it in your calendar app, or tap Copy and paste the link yourself.
3. In Google Calendar, go to Other calendars, choose From URL, and paste. On an iPhone, go to Calendar, then Calendars, then Add Subscribed Calendar, and paste.

Your shifts then keep themselves up to date. New shifts appear within about an hour. Only published weeks show up.
