Find, read and print SOPs
Your clinic's SOPs and Knowledge articles live in Training. You can search them, read them on your phone, mark them read, and print or download a PDF.
Find one
- Go to Training → SOPs, or Training → Knowledge for articles.
- Type in the search box, or use the Category and tag filters.
- Click an entry to open it.
Chips on the list tell you where you stand:
- Needs your read: you're expected to read this one.
- Read: you've marked the current version read.
- Review overdue: it's past its review date. Your admins will want to know.
Read it
The side panel shows the reference code, version and dates at the top. Underneath:
- Must know shows which roles have it on their training plan.
- Study for lists tests that cover it.
- Training skills links to skills that point to it.
Highlighted words in the text have a definition. Hover or tap to see it. Green words are glossary terms, and drugs and conditions from Knowledge are highlighted too.
If there's a PDF attached, click it to view it right there, or Open in a new tab.
Mark it read
When an SOP must be read by everyone, or it's on your training plan, click I've read this at the bottom. The panel then shows which version you acknowledged. If the text changes later, you'll be asked to read it again.
See what changed
Open the History tab to see every earlier version, its note, and exactly what changed.
Admins also see a Who's read it tab listing everyone and when they read the current version.
Print or download
- Click the print icon at the top of the panel.
- Choose the Text size, and the Pictures size if it has any.
- Tick References to include them.
- Click Print or Download PDF.
Tip
Links from the Feed, QA notes and skills open the SOP straight in this panel.
