Plan & billing

Clinic admins can see your clinic's plan, switch plans, add extra tools and manage payment in Clinic Settings → Plan & billing.

Your current plan

The Your plan card shows your plan, its status (for example trial or active) and its monthly price. During a free trial it also shows when the trial ends. houndkit shows a banner across the top of every page in the last week of a trial.

When a trial ends, your clinic moves to its regular plan automatically. Your data stays put.

Change plans

Under Plans, tap the plan you want. Your current one is marked Current. If you don't have a paid subscription yet, tapping a paid plan takes you to checkout. Otherwise upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated on your next invoice.

Switching to the free Mutt plan cancels your paid subscription at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then, with no refund for the remaining time.

Add-on tools

Once you're on a paid plan, Add-on tools lists tools outside your plan tier, each with its monthly price. Flip a switch to add one and confirm. It's billed monthly alongside your subscription, prorated from today. Switching one off removes it and your team loses access right away.

Payment method and invoices

Tap Manage payment method & invoices to update your card or download past invoices. It opens in a new tab.

Cancel

Tap Cancel subscription and confirm. You keep access through the end of the current billing period, then move to Mutt. There's no refund for the time remaining.

Changed your mind before the period ends? A note shows when your subscription ends, with a Keep subscription button.
