Dashboard 2.0 clinic home

Dashboard 2.0 is a newer clinic home page your clinic can choose instead of the classic Clinic Dashboard. Everything opens from one page: your tools, your team spaces, a search box and the Clinic Feed.

If your clinic home looks like the one in The Clinic Dashboard, your clinic is on the classic layout. A clinic admin can switch it in Clinic Settings → Clinic home.

Across the top

• A greeting, today's date, how many people are on shift, and today's calendar events
• Faces of who's on shift. Tap one to see their profile card.
• Doors to each of your team spaces and to My space, with a bubble for new posts or to-dos. Managers also get a Management briefcase.

Search, add and jump

Tap Search patients, add, jump to…, or press Ctrl+K or Ctrl+F (Cmd on a Mac), or /. Press Ctrl+F (Cmd+F) again to get your browser's own find.

• Type 2 or more letters to find a patient.
• Choose an Add item, like New task, New lab, New stock request or Give kudos.
• Choose a Go to item to jump to any tool.

Use the arrow keys and Enter, or click.

Your pinned tools

Your tools show as tiles. A small bubble counts what's open or due now, like open tasks, On the Way patients today or chores due. An amber count means something needs attention. Some tiles have a + for adding straight to that board.

Tap All tools to see every tool your clinic uses. To choose your own tiles, tap Edit pins, tap tools to pin or unpin them (up to 16), then tap Done. Your pins only change your own home page.

The rest of the page

• The Clinic Feed (or Tug of War and Kudos, if your clinic doesn't use the Feed)
• Clinic Links, including shared logins. See Shared clinic logins.
• The calendar, Tug of War, Kudos and Wins today, a running count of what the team has done today

Choosing the layout (admins)

In Clinic Settings → Clinic home, pick Classic or Dashboard 2.0. You can switch any time and nothing is lost. With Dashboard 2.0, set the Starting pins everyone sees until they pick their own.
