Switch between clinics

If you work at more than one clinic on houndkit, you can hop between them from the header without signing out.

On a computer

1. Tap your clinic's name at the top left, next to the houndkit logo. When you belong to more than one clinic, it has a small arrow.
2. Pick the clinic you want. The one you're in is marked current.

houndkit keeps you in the same tool. If you were on Tasks at one clinic, you land on Tasks at the other.

On a phone

1. Tap your avatar at the top right.
2. Under Switch clinic, tap the clinic you want. A check mark shows the one you're in.

Good to know

• Each clinic is separate. Boards, settings, groups and your role can all be different from one clinic to the next. You might be an admin at one and staff at another.
• My Dashboard is kept per clinic, so your to-dos, notes and quick patients at one clinic don't show at the other.
• When you sign in, houndkit opens your main clinic. Switch from there if you need another.
• If you only belong to one clinic, the name is just a label and there's nothing to switch.

Need access to another clinic? Ask an admin at that clinic to invite you with the same email address. You'll be added to their clinic and keep signing in with your own password.
