Profile cards

Click or tap a teammate's name or photo almost anywhere in houndkit to see their profile card. On a computer it pops up beside the name. On a phone it slides up from the bottom.

What's on a card

• A decorated banner, their photo and a green dot if they're On shift today
• Their name, pronouns, job title and a short about
• Their birthday (month and day) and how long they've been on the team
• Fun facts, like pets at home or their go-to shift snack
• Their Next shifts from the published schedule
• Stats like kudos received, and Fetch or Tell Tail numbers if they choose to share them

On someone's birthday or work anniversary, their card says so.

Make your own card

1. Open your own card and tap Edit my card. Or open User Settings and choose the Profile card tab.
2. Fill in what you like. Everything saves as you go, and the preview on the left shows What teammates see.

• Banner color
• About you: pronouns and a short about
• Birthday & start date: your birthday (month and day only, your birth year is never asked for) and when you Started at the clinic
• Fun facts

1. Tap Decorate my banner to add stickers and photos. Tap a sticker to add it, then drag it anywhere.

Choose what shows

Under What’s on my card, switch each item on or off: Birthday, Work anniversary, Upcoming shifts, Kudos count, Fun facts, Fetch stats, Tell Tail & DailyDX and Badges. Fetch, Tell Tail and badges are off until you turn them on.

Birthdays and anniversaries on the calendar

If your birthday and start date are showing on your card, they're added to the clinic calendar automatically, like "Sam's birthday" or "Sam's 3-year work anniversary". Turn Birthday or Work anniversary off and it comes off the calendar too.
