Shared clinic logins

Keep the logins your whole team shares, like a lab portal or supplier website, in one safe place. They live in the Clinic Links card on the clinic home, under Logins.

Use a login

1. Find the login under Logins in the Clinic Links card.
2. Tap the eye to show the username and password.
3. Tap Copy username or Copy password, then paste it into the site. Tap the login's name to open the site, if it has one.

Passwords stay hidden until someone taps the eye.

Add or change a login (admins)

1. On the Clinic Links card, tap + Add under Logins.
2. Enter the name (like "IDEXX VetConnect"), an optional web address, the Username and the Password. Add a note if it helps, like the clinic ID.
3. Tick Admins only if staff shouldn't see it.
4. Tap Save.

Hover over a login to see the arrows for reordering and Edit login. In the edit form, leave the password blank to keep the current one, or tick Remove password to clear it. To delete a login, tap Remove inside the edit form and confirm. Removing a login deletes its password too.

Who can see logins

• Everyone on the team can see logins, except ones set to Admins only.
• Only clinic admins can add, change or remove them.
• Passwords are stored encrypted.
• Every password view is recorded in Clinic Settings → Activity.
