Contact houndkit support

Updated September 30, 2026

Something broken, confusing or missing? Send a support ticket from inside houndkit and the houndkit team will follow up. Replies come back to you in the app.

Send a ticket

  1. Tap the tool name in the header to open the Go to menu.
  2. At the bottom, tap Submit a ticket. The Support window opens on New ticket.
  3. Give it a Subject, for example "Task board not loading."
  4. Under Details, say what happened, what you expected, and the steps that led there. Steps to reproduce help a lot.
  5. To add pictures, tap Add screenshot. You can attach up to 5.
  6. Tap Submit ticket.

You'll see Ticket sent. From there tap See the thread to view it, or Send another.

houndkit automatically notes which page you were on, your browser and your role, so you don't need to explain where you were. Nothing else is collected.

Tip

Open the ticket from the page where the problem happened. That way the ticket already says which tool you were in.

Follow up on a ticket

Open Submit a ticket again and switch to My tickets. Each ticket shows its status: Open, In progress or Resolved. "houndkit replied" appears on tickets the houndkit team has answered.

Tap a ticket to read the thread. Type in the box underneath and tap Send to add more detail or answer a question.

If a ticket is Resolved but you're still stuck, just reply. Replying reopens it.

Getting notified

When houndkit replies, resolves your ticket or ships a fix, you get a notification in the bell. Tapping it opens that ticket's thread. Ticket emails are on unless you turn them off under Your support tickets in your notification settings. See Choose your notifications.

For clinic admins

Admins see Clinic tickets instead of My tickets. It lists every ticket filed from your clinic, with who sent it, so you can keep an eye on open issues.

Have an idea rather than a problem?

Feature ideas are welcome as tickets, but you can also post them where others can see what's planned. See The roadmap and suggesting ideas.
